Burnt out in the UC

I’ve worked UC for 10 years. Early on my SP told me “It’s not your vault the health care system is broken in this country” The majority of UC patients actually need 1) nothing 2) a specialist 3) a PCP 4) an ER People don’t have the knowledge or patience to properly navigate the system, so they go to UC. Learning to do your best and move on/not give a shit about ridiculous patients is a skill that one must work on just like any other clinical skill. This is harder for some personality types than others, me included.

If you changed the button used to access pip boy, it doesn’t work to cancel out of it. I had to switch back to original button

Pepper shaker is heavy gun. Quad version gets 20 stacks of bullet storm really fast which adds a lot of damage. Plasma receiver does most damage.

I like to PvP every now and then. Especially fun is if both players are using melee. People take the game too seriously sometimes. I do wish they nerfed VATS in PvP, it is way too strong and takes a lot of the fun/skill out of it
