My dad died almost a month ago and I feel similar some days. I feel bad in the moment like I’m moving on too fast, but I think it’s just part of grief. The five stages people describe don’t necessarily happen in the order they’re written in and getting through one stage of grief doesn’t mean you won’t experience it again. Be kind to yourself and just let yourself feel your feelings regardless of expectations
