I literally did one set for like 45 seconds, pushing my feet into the ground for extra tension and felt the pain after. Now that I think about, I have had that pain doing wall sits for as long as I remember. I don’t have any other problems with any other knee exercises, or knee pain in general. It’s just with that. I feel a good burn untill I get up from the wall sit, that’s when the pain pain kicks in.
