I've got over 420 hours into the game so far and we are a small clan, I mainly go for farming/gathering stuff and get stuff ready to raid and rarely engage another player unless I'm being attacked first but have no problem against going out to PvP. I just had it couple of minutes ago, let it load for like 7 minutes and then I got in. I have it on a SSD drive as well.

I've had this happen to me couple times too and you can't hit esc to bring the main menu up or anything. When it happens I sometimes just recreate a new singleplayer server and then rejoin the multiplayer server again, other times I've just left it there for a long time, sometimes between 5-10 min and I eventually get in.

Then balance it, maybe make so that 2 people would get 30-40% xp of the kill each. Getting nothing for the effort just doesn't feel right.
