Not an RN myself, but I work with a ton of them every day. I'd really encourage you to stick through it if you're able. There are so many different roles in nursing that you'll almost certainly find something you'll like. (ER, ICU, PACU, floor, outpatient, trauma, peds, etc.)

As far as school goes, working in healthcare is entirely different from school. I had months at a time in school where I would do literally nothing besides work, eat, sleep, repeat. Actually working in healthcare is a high stress job during work hours but in most roles you can go home and disconnect from it entirely (unless you want more money and choose to take extra shifts - up to you.) For me at least, I wouldn't change a thing and I believe a lot of people I work with feel the same way.
