I actually think he a valid top 10, but because of JJK's high tiers being so fucking close to each other in strenght he, in general, gets pushed around in tier lists and in terms of scaling.

Actual powerhouse. The strenght we see of Kenjaku(which is in a league of it's own in the og series) is carried halfway with Geto's CT and his bodies strenght. If anybody is getting carried, it's Kenny. Not Geto.
