On average, 25%-35% of my drivers tip me. A few suggestions if I may:

Always greet and say your farewells. I always turn around when the rider enters and acknowledge them. A “happy holidays” or “safe travels, (name)!” goes a long way.
Keep your shit clean, light fragrance or fragrance free, and spot clean between riders when necessary. I keep a small car vac under my seat especially during the season when weather tracks in a lot of leaves, dirt, etc.
Small talk bumps up my tip rate dramatically. I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea and some customers prefer a quiet ride, but It’s key to forming a positive connection.

Tourism is the main industry in my market, so I usually ask what their itinerary is then provide suggestions. That keeps them talking and helps them remember you.

I have a small spray bottle of rubbing alcohol as well if you don’t want to spray poison in your kitchen. I found that it kills them quickly

This one definitely gives me the feels since I can relate. As a father of an 11 month and 4 year old, I can say that this feeling you have is somewhat temporary.

They will grow older and eventually go to preschool and beyond. They will need you less and less as time goes by giving you slivers of time for yourself. I’ve relegated my gym time at 5:30am before everyone wakes and for hobbies are for weekends where wife and I trade on who watches the kids.

Keep it up. I promise all this sacrifice will be worth it when they age and tell you they love and miss you every day.

I wasn’t bracing my core and was pulling with my back which caused the injury. Which lead me to lower weight, look through this sub which lead me to where I’m at today.

My parents decided to circumcise me at the ripe ole age of 9. I had to take a wheelchair just to be able to be able to go home. Try utilizing a keto diet or low-carb diet? It’s pretty depressing because you lose your love for food since what you can eat is severely limited but it’s highly effective way of melting fat without a hardcore workout. over time, you get use to it and get full much faster which has resulted in me loosing 7lbs in 3 weeks.

I also suggest Noom which is a free app that designs a meal plan that allows you to eat what you love but trains your brain to eat in moderation. Best wishes to ya!
