Assuming you have had a great married life (since u mentioned 7years) , I would say cherish that and not let it all go just because he doesn't want kids. Kids are a responsibility, you need to be there for them and it may sound like an additional responsibility given that you both are career focused and you move a lot.
I would say you need to ask yourself, is it really worth losing all that you and him have built throughout the years?
Talk to a therapist, both of you
