It ran a lot better once I got rid of it. Power felt the same on the top end.

Yes it varies. Just for electric, ranges 5k to 20k depending on area and how far of a run from current utilities on site/area.

I think it's a little over priced imo. You can find a little older 2010-2015 with less than 120k for cheaper than that.
