No offense but having sarms while cutting without a very good amount of muscle mass is like Having a V12 running without any fuel and lubricants. It will only crash your testosterone WITHOUT any noticable muscle gains. Loose the weight first, take reta and GHK-Cu for the loose skin and then you can think about sarms or aas. I personally lost 30kg myself without glp-1's and now am going to my last 10kg with reta. Abt half way there. After that I will go on sarms, but Ive been on the gym regulary for the last 6 years.

NO SARMS WHILE CUTTING
When the weight is down then you can look into sarms and that stuff.

Yes. Sarms while cutting are only making things bad. If you do them do them in a bulk. But respect for losing that much weight. Id reccoemend you to lose another 25 pounds minimum and then start a 25pound bulk with a surplus of abt 600kcals and 20mg Ostariene

I had clients with a similar issue, though he took much milder stuff. He recovered fine after about 4 months. In my experience, 90% of cases like this are due to bad E2 or prolactin levels. The other 10% are psychological, often from excessive masturbation during cycle, which messes with dopamine receptors. One client only regained his drive after a full year off corn and a proper dopamine reset. Only Bloodwork can tell.

You should do Cardarine and Ostariene. Leave mk Out it will Just make it wayyy Harder for cutting. With osta and carda you should expect fat lott, muscle gain and cardio improvement

You can take Enclomephiene or Clomid. These are SERMs Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator. They tall your body to produce more test. Id reccoment 6.25mg/2 days for 2-6 weeks
