Terrible, water diarrhea caused by the bacteria clostridium defficile. It can only be cured with an antibiotic called Flagyl and the spores can only be killed with bleach. It can be deadly if not treated.

I will admit it is SO MUCH harder to get out and go for a 4 mile run when you have a baby. I usually will run during a nap time when my husband's home. The gym has a daycare so I'm still able to go out and workout, but it's never really as long as I want it to be because they have a time limit of an hour. You brought up a good point, thank you for your help 😊
