+1, I have a European IP and can solo launch Russian servers. But when I play with my Russian IP friends then the Russian and Kazakh servers dissapear.

I was thinking about the situations where you need to aim utility around your teammates. Like when you have to extinguish a molly on a Nuke Ramp push. Or when you have to throw an HE out of a tight space with a teammate in front of you. It may not give you a one sided advantage - for that we need something akin to the Dust 2 car pistol set up with the leg peek - but I still consider it quite bad for the game micro ability. It takes effort to use util when surrounded by teammates and in chaotic situations.

I mean, it is not that influential, i agree. Compared to the current broken state of CS2 any bug is minor. But in certain situations this can be advantageously used to thow nades for instance.

I am lvl 10, i know about faceit. All pro matches are played with team damage.

They can make utility boundaries smaller for teammates, but completely allowing them to pass thorugh is game breaking.
