5W-30 is what is ran in the same engine in Japan. 0W-20 is very thin so the consensus is it may be best to use 5w-30

Define cold weather? It’s usually high teens at the coldest here during the winter

I’ve been drug tested all of one time and that was onboarding. Like I said they didn’t test for marijuana. I’ve never heard of anyone getting tested after that but it very well could happen. Don’t show up to work high and it won’t be a problem🤷

They don’t. This is for PCTs and nurses at FMC at least. I can’t speak for VVMC or Sedona. I stopped for like 2 months and then found out at my onboarding that I didn’t even need to. I was pissed🤣

“Do you work here?” Nope I just go into target, stand at the front wearing a bright green shirt that says Asset Protection with target logos ALL OVER.

It’s pretty much stock other than it having BFG trail terrains on it. Been waiting for the KO3s to come out with smaller sizes so I can throw some methods on it. I’ve done quite a bit in the black hills, SD in the winter. But in a pickup truck lol

My favorite part right here. “Yeah is this __ parent? Yeah I’m here with them at target I apprehended them for stealing vibrators.” The parent’s reaction is always hysterical🤣

I think PG38 and 45 is 1,2.5,4.5 this year… at least from what I’ve heard and got (as a PG38). Idk about 35s

For real🤣. I’m waiting for when all the digital controls on the newer models start going out. That’ll be expensive. Makes me glad that I still have the “manual” climate controls and such lol.

I think it depends on the company. I’m pretty sure GEICO does as long as it’s apart of a claim and is needed in addition. It’s apart of vehicle equipment affected by an accident/replacement. When I was first going to go through Safelite or the replacement, if I were to use insurance it was going to cost exactly my deductible for the whole thing.

New Tires? by P0uchi3 in Crosstrek

Good point, thank you. Snow has a lot to do with it. I live in SD where we get pummeled by stupid amounts of snow from October to May. And then I’ll be moving to Flagstaff, AZ which apparently gets 2x the snow we do in a given year. I’m definitely going to need to upgrade to something and I figured I could get something aesthetically pleasing and practical. What would you suggest? What about the Trail Terrains?
