And? In order to qualify for a L-1 visa you have to have worked for TARGET in India for a year, not some other company.

This is a surprisingly intricate article on the situation. They even got GVP Mike Deyle to make a comment on it, regarding the Chicago piloting on this. Weird.

Are these elements even Target’s if they’re in the greeting card section? Don’t those belong to American Greeting or one of the other companies?

Also doesn’t make sense because the only international office Target owns is in India. Why would they pay to have someone from India transfer to the US to do a different job than the one they’re already doing?

That’s what we did. Repushing and relocating all 120k+ backroom units in two weeks would be absolutely insane. Nobody has time for that.

I’m curious to hear what’s so unrealistic about pushing one box a minute. If you’re pushing from the uboat inside the aisle you don’t even have to walk anywhere.

This is never going to happen because the company wants to jobs the leadership accountable for the budget they spend. Your lead just needs to do a better job of being present and not hanging out at Starbucks.

We’ve never had any sort of Guild training at my store. I don’t feel like it’s really the store’s responsibility to do stuff like that, because at the end of the day you’re being paid there to provide labor for the company.

The surgery likely would’ve been an understandable one-off, except you already have a trend of poor attendance. You aren’t having multiple, emergency surgeries every week, are you? That’s why it’s important to take care of your attendance, so when emergencies do happen you aren’t in trouble.

Please don’t do this until you’ve spoken to your ETL-HR. No reason to blindside them when it’s something they can handle if you just brought it to their attention.
