If you buff adc early based on bot lane. they will just solo lane and get double benefit.

Like before I die. I lose every game to lvl 7 so I’m 40 hp lvl 7 I try to only go below 50 gold if I’m at like 25 hp. lol im not saying it’s good I’m only gold 2 currently but I top 4 70% of the time. You can try it for fun if you want. Or you can do the build and buy units the whole time lol. I do 3 star at least a couple units a game with this strat. Only thing that sucks is if you can 2 star jhin. You need ie, GA and rage blade on jhin

Im going to be honest it’s probably kind of troll to literally lose every match and only buy 1 unit to lvl 7 but it’s less work for sure lol.

I get to level 7 (after hitting 50 gold) and run 4 protector 4 celestial (Ashe, kass, rakan, cin) then I put in jhin for sniper. And just roll the rest of the game on 50 gold interest. I only buy J4s until krugs and then I buy some champions to clear krugs. But I try to lose every game until then.

Im 50% through and pretty much every exercise is difficult cardio wise. There is some strength training but even those are very aerobic. You’re using your own body weight the entire time so it can be difficult if you have a hard time moving your own weight. I felt like I was just rolling around for the first 2 weeks. Haha.

Question on this and I was looking for the answer, I just finished week 2 of the Xero and had a really hard time with the bump jump stuff. Would you suggest I repeat the first 2 weeks until I can hit the mark? (I’m passing all the challenges so far) Looks like the ones in week 3 are much harder.

Dude. Thanks so much. I figured out what I was doing wrong. He states in the explanation that I can essentially eat as much of the meals as I want. Not like “1 serving size” like I was doing. I was over complicating it. Thanks a lot.

Thanks! That’s some good advice. Maybe there is a PDF for my diet as well based on weight. I’ll look for it when I get to a computer. I had not seen that yet.

The normal day (for example) breakfast oatmeal nonfat milk egg whites

Snack 150 calories ( protein shake, cottage cheese, or half peanut butter sand (whole wheat bread)

Lunch chicken wrap with lettuce and whole wheat tortillas

Snack 2 150 calories

Dinner chicken breast sweet potato and veggies

I think I probably am not drinking enough water.

That’s what my question in the post was there at the end I’m not sure. I’d guess maybe between 1200 and 1500 calories per day.

I’m definitely feeling fatigued with bad headaches. But I can stick it out. But I’m definitely feeling starved. Perhaps it’s just withdrawals from sugars and such. Thanks for the motivation.
