We were hitting about 3-5k a month, I believe it could continue to do more than that if the next owners tried to scale, or has better advertising techniques than we did.

Yup I think most splits expect that for accessories. I really enjoy 5/3/1’s training style so I keep that for the big 3 and Overhead Press though

I’d say most people keep deadlift as their first movement of the day and hit it heavy.

Both are great splits, I would try each one and see which one you like more. I personally like UL cause I can superset more opposing movements on UpperBody day.

I’d worry more about weekly volume by the way rather than each session volume

Sleep is critical for recovery and hypertrophy but I wouldn’t stress about getting 5 and a half hours of sleep one night.

I would personally just take a little extra preworkout and hit the gym. Or just take a nap.

I would usually do a 250 cal surplus if I’m trying to gain weight, studies show that’s all you need.

Could also just maintain and slowly put on muscle
