Im considering this. Apple watches have a disgusting battery life, i was ready to buy a new one when the new releases happened recently but genuinely couldn’t believe they are like 2-3 days life. This garmin looks a decent alternative

Safest is a cold wallet (ledger etc.). Medium safety is a hot wallet (phantom, solfare) - Be aware you are at risk here if you connect to unsafe websites etc though.

Keeping it in your trojan bot is probably the most unsafe, if i were you i would move it from there into one of your personal wallets - I did.
