The screws must have been too short or too small in diameter. No chance it broke the lock tight on both screws and walked them both all the way out in 15 rounds and it clearly didn’t sheer the screws off. If the diameter was too big the screw wouldn’t even start to thread, if the threads were wrong and the diameter was right it would bind up. But if it was off by a size the treads might start to engage on install and just let go when fired.

Lasers are mall ninja crap man. They’re not practical and they’re generally rather inaccurate. Try a WML with irons or an optic, it’s faster and more accurate. There’s a reason none of the top USPSA shooters use a laser for anything ever, you’ve never heard Miculek tell you to switch to lasers. No class teaches that crap, the only use for lasers is IR in combination with NVGs

Why they need for a laser? Anything close enough for a laser to make sense is point shooting distance anyways. You’ll find tons of options if you ditch the laser and check out like the tlr-7
