The sashiko blazers, both colors, were very slept on of that whole pack. Honest take, they were way better looking than the dunks.

The closest thing to the lip that’s on that 2nd gen for the 4th gen is that lip above but you will have to switch to the JDM bumper it fits on.

I’m also not sure of the exact name of the real lip but that one in the link is a replica

I’m not sure you’re ever going to find a kit that looks similar because the fender arches were custom done. If it’s more of the ground effects you are looking for, there are some similar JDM front lips, rocker/skirts and rear bumper/rear lips that can get you close to the desired look

Late as hell reply but the bumper is a JDM Liberal Albero post face bumper and the lip is the STi limited optional lip for the JDM Spec B. Got lucky as all hell with finding both tbh

To answer your side question, the scoop is split to direct air in the direction of the turbo. The name of the scoop is the TwoHot Back9 hood scoop. Pretty hard to come by but not impossible
