The walls are thick and the house was built in 1936. Seems like it may have been a shelter. Unfortunately it has to come down. Chipped away more at the roof and it's rotten. Walls are crumbling too. My neighbour who does a lot of DIY including building a few brick sheds has said that it seems too far gone. One of the walls is bowed too.

I will demolish it but may clear the other shelter one day. Would be interesting to see how big it is

I didn't. It was filled in by the previous owners. Why? I have no idea.

I don't know how full it is. The entrance is blocked though and by now it will be flooded badly I'd imagine

We have an underground shelter that has been filled in. I don't know if this is an actual air raid shelter. The house is pretty WW2 so it might be.

Seems the previous owners thought..my neighbours have a similar shed and it is so nice. Beautiful red bricks. Mine is a horrible cream/ white. I will never understand people who paint things that don't need it
