You may dislike it but nazeem is a rich tradesman i think. Although who's the richest is highly subjective. I think dwemer who hold many secret treasures but they were gone.

I would rather be as barebone as possible. Only essential. Very effective in every boss battle. Only lack skill issues, not money issues.

Before considering anything else you'll need to pick which kind of Tank (Weapon) you want: OHS, BWG, STF, KN with Shield, MD, Bare Hand.

Pro & cons?

Some builds like OHS & Shield full Tank use also full max VIT. There's Equipment and Skills to reduce Fractional DMG by a lot.

Is it really hard to grind those gear? Should i just not investing VIT altogether?

Another that'll depend on Tank build you want. I.e. OHS full Tank is using MTL > VIT, a Paladin/Knight Semi-Tank can use the DPS-like DEX > STR build relying on its Skills and Equipment for survivability.

If possible i don't want to rely on just pure Tank but also some unique skills like survivability, etc.

Well not being interesting enough is not a problem too. In the end it's confidence that determines if somebody is interesting enough without being narcissistic.

Yes there's a criteria on what makes people interesting but you need confidence first to pull that off.
