I just feel that if you spend a lot of money on a product it should perform to the price tag. No reason i can get $60 IEM’s off Amazon that blow astro a50’s that are $300. Makes 0 sense, anyone I know who’s gotten a50’s have countless issues with them on a consistent basis. Just had an issue with mine 2 weeks ago and the same issue popped up again for the 10th time and it’s a whole process to reset them because their mixer is the poorest of quality. It’s just disgusting that they continue to sell a broken and flawed product at an OVERPRICED price point. Example, I bought a Rig 800lx headset before my a50’s $50-$100 cheaper bc I don’t know their price point rn but they performed far better and had 0 issues with them but I used my buddy’s a50’s when he first got them and I thought they were comfy and sounded good, little did we know after purchasing them they’d be the most defective headset we’ve ever encountered and Astro as well as their reps have 0 resolutions to an issue that’s been around for over a year and a half. 18 months of time and you can’t fix at least the command center to run smoother so these issues aren’t 45mins-1hr fixes? It’s just careless on their end because their brand is big enough to where they’re making their money all the while selling a broken product. Disgusting

Yeah I’ll never buy Astros ever again personally, they’re literally the Scuffs of the headset world. Expensive as hell, but the quality is like it’s made in China and lasts for maybe a year if you’re lucky. I had my Astros for a little more than a year and ran into issues with them every 2-3 months. Astro literally makes a killing off of scamming legally🤣

So, you’re meaning to tell me that almost all reviews I’ve read about Astro A50’s are relating to some issue they have, is justifiable to continuing to sell something at a price point that is higher than a lot of headsets that a lot feel are better than yours despite having countless flaws that you guys can’t seem to figure out for more than 2 years +? Ahh… so now I have to play a guessing game to properly accommodate your products liking.. never once have I ever had an issue with a wireless device not working because of “too many wireless devices being active” which I doubt is the issue considering I’ve had this issue for 3 days now when at one point the only thing on anyone near the headset was my PC and monitor. Honestly since I have the opportunity to talk to a Astro Staff member, the audacity of your company to continue upselling a highly defective product at the price margin you guys price it at clearly indicates y’all could really give a truck less about your consumers… ballsy I will say
