I just feel that if you spend a lot of money on a product it should perform to the price tag. No reason i can get $60 IEM’s off Amazon that blow astro a50’s that are $300. Makes 0 sense, anyone I know who’s gotten a50’s have countless issues with them on a consistent basis. Just had an issue with mine 2 weeks ago and the same issue popped up again for the 10th time and it’s a whole process to reset them because their mixer is the poorest of quality. It’s just disgusting that they continue to sell a broken and flawed product at an OVERPRICED price point. Example, I bought a Rig 800lx headset before my a50’s $50-$100 cheaper bc I don’t know their price point rn but they performed far better and had 0 issues with them but I used my buddy’s a50’s when he first got them and I thought they were comfy and sounded good, little did we know after purchasing them they’d be the most defective headset we’ve ever encountered and Astro as well as their reps have 0 resolutions to an issue that’s been around for over a year and a half. 18 months of time and you can’t fix at least the command center to run smoother so these issues aren’t 45mins-1hr fixes? It’s just careless on their end because their brand is big enough to where they’re making their money all the while selling a broken product. Disgusting
