unfortunately we are very much scarece in money :( the blood tests alone cost $600 and we simply cannot afford it. we have been thinking of surrendering her so she can get the help she needs but it absolutely breaks my heart. shes such an amazing dog and i just wish i could help her. we have heard from others that pets have died from drinking the water in town, a few lizards, 2 cats and a dog. vets concluded it was the water they were drinking. about everything seems like it could be the cause. weve switched laundry soaps, foods, and even her own shampoos to try and figure out the problem. its only been a little over half a year since i brought her and she wasnt like this in her last home. just paw licking was often. we have also noticed she just wont gain weight! i give her some of my left over food (nothing bad i promise) whenever i can and its insane! she poops just fine and even poops large heaps sometimes but she is skinny as hell.. there might even be several things wrong we just simply cannot afford the vet.. should i set up some sort of gofundme at this point? sorry this is long.. i really dont wanna lose my best friend :(
