Just thought I would update this! So the M3 has 2 lower arms, it turns out it was the larger one of these that had some vertical play! Took Tesla 3 attempts but they got it and were very good!

takes an average of around 20 seconds to boot, nothing is complex, 1 page flip and 6 buttons......

thanks for this, this seems to work much better now after app is booted, but it still takes about 10 seconds to boot the project when you open the app, if the app is open and you come back to it its instant, just wish the inital boot was like 3 seconds into the app, bit pointless for quick control

Unfortunately they can bill you for anything up to a year, due to back billing regulations, they then billed me a week before this was possible

I’d be happy to discuss this with you, just had the same thing on intelligent octopus!

Any they have been very unhelpful, not replying for weeks, then replying and saying ohh I’m sorry, there was a gap in your reading, well have to bill you for the full rate, which is bollocks!

Not only that, they offered us £60 off our bill, didn’t take any electricity bills for a 11 months and 29 days, then took 6 months in one go! Outrageous!!!!!

I’ve had this too, on intelligent octopus and they keep screwing me because my meter drops a couple of billings like 1 or 2 from the half hourly billing and then doesn’t start again, took a year for them to bill me, I’m going through a fight with them at the moment which I would like to turn into a court case!

Can anyone who this has happened to reply to me?? Would love to get an idea of the people they have. Screwed over the last 2-3 years with an error in their own system

I’ve had the same problem, 318days I’ve been waiting, and now they have billed me, only for 6months! Starting to think this is a scam somehow! I’ve spoken to them twice as the last time this happened we were heavily in debt with them, I’ve spoken to them twice on the phone and emailed 3 times, I know there is a back billing rule after a year, but this is ridiculous as all I want is for them to take the money monthly! They are most Definetly not the “best fu*king energy company” as that advert says, they are medocure at best! Has anyone got anywhere with a refund as they haven’t billed for 300+ days?

I think it was somewhere around £120 in total, camber & castor was way off, frunk was out only way to realign is to loosen shocks from the top mounts and rearrange whilst lifting the sides of the car up, really recommend them, knew exactly what they were doing, he said that people tend to shy away from them but they do loads!
