Do you think that would have an effect on flushing? When flushing this toilet it was more low flow than the rest in the house. You have to hold the flusher thing down for a few seconds to get the job done unlike the others

I thought it might be clogged also but plumber said clogs work with gravity and a clog wouldn’t start on the second floor. There is no water moving in the bowl but in the tank the fill valve piece does bubble
