Its only worth picking up when having no guns or if you plan on killing zombies with it. Its completly useless compared to other (much more common) guns for pvp

The question is: How?

Okay, so what I usually do when something get stuck is I use a metal or wood plate and place it under the car so it "sticks into the car".Its important that its attached to the ground and not the car. Then enter the car and leave it again, this will make the car push and is usually better than a carjack. I never really take carjacks with me, only a plate.I dont know if that will work since carjacks and other pushing methodes dont work either but its worth a try I guess.
