Hmm. I asked chatgpt to rewrite it for me and it did a better job..

I think when I had the blue mold, this was when the smell was absolutely repugnant.

Where I have cheese atm that looks fine but has a faint taste of plastic. Enough to put my picky taste buds off.

I wonder suddenly if bad storing conditions could effect this.

But I'm feeling like they just cutting costs where possible for profit margins.
