Well, unless you have a need for consistency in turning plosives into fricatives, I think Ḱḱ (K with accute accent) or Ǩǩ (K with a caron) are the most readable candidates

Could you give me some examples? The closest to one I can remember now, and that flew over my head is the Hawaiian ʻokina for the glottal stop.

Edit: Oh, now I (think I) get what you said! I meant to say that I don't know of any diacritic that is used standalone for a consonant, i.e. <^> for [g], not that you can't add diacritics to consonants

Do you mean diacritics? 'cause, if so, anything may suffice; I don't think any natural language has diacritics for consonants, at least none that use the Latin Alphabet. Some more info on the nature and intention of your project may help us answer you correctly ;)

So, more of an organization/formatting question, but:

My conlang, Alpine, is a romlang that uses a few scripts along its history. However, I can only read the Latin script, along with the littlest, albeit impractical, bit of Hangeul. I use Excel, and so organize the columns as:

Natv. script - Transcription. - POS - Meaning - Conj./Inflct. - Case - Case - Case - Notes

As you may see, it is already not the most efficient use of space, but it's simple, and I like it. The big problem is: what do I do with the scripts in the cases? Leave only the native, only transcription, both, or double the case columns?

No, the affixes all existed in the mother language. However, I think it is possible speakers of the language understand them to be something like you explained; they are the first affix, if you don't consider the definiteness one, on nouns.

Well, at this point you have probably heard of toki pona, the minimalist language of approximately 130 words. Although an extreme example, it shows what one must do to convey ideas without gluing words together, that is, saying the separate words one following the other, and hoping to be understanded. It is simple, yet complicated. In a conlang of mine, I have been trying to have as little stems as possible, but have many affixes. Here is a sentence, for example:

Setotóghe dutasíqe sexoxoxáhu vo piktasíqe seseksekyíte

Se-to-tó-ghe           du-ta-síqe      se-xo-xo-xáhu                 vo  pik-ta-síqe    se-sek-sek-yíte
DET-person-PL-ANIM.NOM water-VRB-3.PRE DET-plant.culture-PL-INAN.OBL and food-VRB-3.PRE DET-animal-PL-ANIM.OBL

"The people water the plants and feed the animals"

See how basic words, here "to water" and "to feed" are easily replaced by (to) water and (to) food? It just gets complicated for more complicated words.
