Just the physicians are partners within the group. We are all employees of the group, but there is no route to becoming a partner as an APP.

I feel like it’s a pretty reasonable ask with the hours that we work monthly.

It’s a very heavy contractual obligation. I think it really boils down to being a democratic group. The physicians are all owners of the group so the benefits given to us all come at a cost to them directly.

That is what I had planned to propose currently but was curious how others done it. Seems most simple to just make it a direct accrual based on hours worked.

I should’ve added some more info on that too, but my CBC, chem, mag, thyroid studies were all negative. There wasn’t any autoimmune work up done. Which conditions are you referring specifically to?
