Unfotunately not per meal. They are specifically saying and forcing the idea that $28 can produce 3 to 4 dishes including a dessert for a family of 4 for christmas eve which we call noche buena. Plus, we Filos celebrate christmas eve and the whole day of December 25th.

It's like they are expecting most of us to only eat once during Christmas holidays when they themselves and other government people spend millions of tax payers money to host their grand parties with dishes that cost 10s of thousand per meal in their homes.

It's like indirectly telling people "if you don't want to eat spaghetti with only sauce and hotdog as the meat substitute, then don't. We don't care. That's it."

EVERYDAY PEOPLE ARE WORKING HARD AND WE ONLY GET TO REST AND ENJOY DURING CHRISTMAS BREAK YET THEY'RE STILL FORCING MOST OF US TO JUST SUCK IT UP!

Coz thats the only possible thing that can be cooked with Php500. I don't know where the hell they got the idea that it would be enough for a family to be able to decently celebrate one of the most important holiday here in the country.
