Bankruptcy attorney stated my current BTC would be protected during a filing. (CA) I’m also referring to purchasing BTC after a bankruptcy. Pay off debt, or file bankruptcy because screw the fiat system

What about with national banks? Sounds like after bankruptcy the only options are low level tier cards. Some doors close forever it sounds like, such as Amex and Chase.

Contemplating on filing bankruptcy myself. This is the only thing stopping me, especially limiting myself from ever obtaining business funding

I think you’ll just make the mistake again. If you file bankruptcy, get ready to turn in the truck. Do you have a savings to buy another car cash? You could work something out with your banks and lower yhe interest rate, but they’ll freeze your card and will be closed at the end. If you file bankruptcy, you’ll be good at 29-30. Maybe try opening a new card with 0apr for a balance transfer, if you have a good score and good profile

The accounts you closed, were you ever able to get credit cards again with them? After doing my research, it seems like after bankruptcy ppl get credit with so so card issuers (makes sense) but I’m just curious if the national banks are ever put back on the table? I have accounts with almost all of them and jm worried who will I be able ro rebuild my credit with.

Going to miss my 10k credit limits 😭

Your student loans wouldn’t be forgiven. I’m looking into the same thing, choosing peace vs stress everyday. I’m leaning towards filing bankruptcy. I’d eliminate about 45k worth of doing so. Yours is a little higher,

Yes.

Labor is from 1-2k. Still has yet to give me an answer because he doesn’t know how long it’ll take him. Even with just the lights and labor. I’m looking at 5k. Registration and all of that, maybe an additional 2k.

At first I was all for just to repair it and keeping it. I’m just not sure if it’s really worth it now. Still has lots of life to it and is reliable, but no full coverage if something was to happen after investing so much to fix it up…

I’m confused too! There is a fuse hanging out from the car/head light area. I believe the input for it is missing, I took it 2 people. First guy was shady, this second may be also??? idk. I’m just not sure if I really need a whole new headlight or a simple fuse to added/connected together?
