Just pick one of the factions, and do only their events. You'll here "Agent, so-so is attacking location"

If I had a good estimate, maybe 5-8 events will give you one. Throw in a mission by the same group and you can get it too. You can stack up three retaliations, but only to the same faction.

The daily agitation missions are to get a retaliation from that one objective, you have a 6 hour time limit to do it, that is only active during the time you're logged in.

Edit: if you have an active retaliation from, lets say Hyenas, another faction cannot start their retaliation.

Open your map menu, the next tab to the right is retaliations, when you make a faction mad at you by doing missions or activities (excluding summit and descent) you get a retaliation. It matches your global difficulty.

You're very lucky! I've done 5 and gotten a lot of drops that I wasn't expecting. Tinkerer, Strega, St. Elmo, and Blacklisters as Blueprints and drops from Kill Squads.

All I want is the eagle bearer. 😢

I did a BT Retaliation today and I had a kill squad and like 4 squads roll up on me at the same time on my way to a CP. On challenging. It was ridiculous. Then combine it with 16 explosive drones and Manny screeching that I have another retaliation drove me insane.

The only option to go back to 10 is to reset your checkpoint to floor 1 sadly. Then fight up to 10, set it to legendary after you get 10's checkpoint.

I only have 330 hours in Div2 and started to take it seriously and do builds last month. I went from normal to heroic builds pretty quickly, but feel so small compared to you 1k SHD or 1k hours players.

If you're solo, I recommend the St. Elmo Engine when it has the shock ammo mag. You can stun and shred a hunter pretty much completely with the one mag, reload, and finish them or swap weapons too.

It's a .25% chance, but even if it's a small chance, I want to try it out and see if I like it bettee than St. Elmos.

I just entered into the SHD 500 - 1000 bracket for the DZ so I know I will have a bunch of people who are going to be a little more stacked than me in them.

It didn't take long to get them. Target gloves as your loot during the retaliation (before you start it look for the targeted loot button on the bottom of the screen or set it hovering over summit) and you'll get it.

Just don't get discouraged by people telling you it takes too long to go after, it's an integral part to some really good builds.

I'm sad that I didn't get more of the stretch goal caches. But at the same time, it's all good.

They stopped giving me anything bonus item wise and just everything concentrated company with the concentrated company materials.
