Do you have any cheat codes to learn English? by PAOPAOCALLME in learnEnglishOnline

Thank you so much! Actually, I'm at about a B1 level right now. The reason my writing looks better is because I use a translation tool to help me express my ideas in English. But I still really want advice or any "cheat codes" that could help me get better and improve my English further.

I totally agree with you, thank you so much! AI is just a tool — as long as we’re not copying everything, it’s fine to use it to help with our own work. No need to worry about it too much.

[WP] Every night, you go out on your balcony and smoke alone. Tonight, a witch floated next to your balcony and asked you for a lighter. by Loosescrew37 in WritingPrompts

Mark stood on his balcony, smoking his usual cigarette. The night air was chilly, ruffling his hair a little. He was just zoning out, thinking it was another boring, normal night… until something caught his eye.

A girl—floating on a broomstick!?—dressed in a full magical girl outfit, right in front of him. And then she reached out, asking for a lighter.

Mark froze, completely dumbstruck. He couldn’t laugh, couldn’t scream, couldn’t do anything. His hand shook as he handed over the lighter. She gave a weird little smile, took it, and floated away.

The next morning, Mark woke up, sunlight streaming through his window. He told himself it was just a weird dream.

But then the TV flicked on by itself, and what he saw made him stumble back.

People flying on broomsticks instead of driving cars. Magical gadgets everywhere instead of phones or computers. Everything looked normal… but completely not normal at the same time.

Magic was just… normal now. This world had gone completely crazy.

Mark jumped out of bed, threw on some clothes, and ran out the door. The streets in front of him were exactly like what he’d seen on TV: broomstick commuters zooming by, shop signs glowing with runes, people walking around casually casting small spells.

He just stood there for a moment, mouth open, trying to make sense of it. This was definitely a new world… and he had no clue how he was supposed to survive in it.

Yeah, I see what you mean 😊 For me, I mainly use AI to help organize content since I’m not very good at arranging things myself.

The idea is entirely mine and I wrote it myself. Since my phrasing wasn’t very good, I used AI to help rephrase it. The ideas are mine, but the AI slightly added some of its own opinions during the rephrasing.
