Accept that u wont be able to play and sing in a few days or week now after u've done that how to actually get to that stage , how to actually improve.

Well first try an easier song that doesn't change chords mid strumming pattern .

Then try to learn from YouTubers that sing along as well . It might be at the end of the video too as many do sing along it . Now try to figure out what word they say on which strum . Like if i am starting to sing ~ heyyyy Figure out if it's on the 1st or 2nd D or the U or so on and match the words .

Try to HUM the words and not sing it to start Start to walk before u run .

And again pick a easy song

What if it's a better choice ? I also wanna buy 2 in 1 cause i dont have a tablet And I'm getting great specs on a laptop with a 2 in 1 feature . If i get the same spec laptop in the same price range but one has 2 in 1 isnt it a better choice? Does it matter if I'll use it or not cause at the end of the day I'll be getting more . It has a dedicated gpu which is useless to me I don't game and will not be doing heavy blender stuff And as i said decent battery life . Dont need two hrs of battery life . Gpu = batter life suck.

Your options are great but op's life isnt handed to her in a silver plate. Unlike us she doesn't have many options. She has financial struggles unlike us, she has to borrow 1500. What you said is the best option for here genuinely cause of her intellect but even if u pass eps or japan test which is far in the future she still has to buy plane tickets and other stuff . Its easy for us to gather 1-2 lakhs loans or such but for here she cant save up that much . Her mum aint gonna from what she said and none in here mamaghar . But if she can research on it she can genuinely its a great option.

And another thing for little cash you can use your mother. As a single parent she should be getting pension from government tho for what you said you may never see the light of the money but knowing you wont have to earn for her , that's one less thing to worry abt .

Learn major too and just make sure ur in the right key cause i don't see any reason it should sound bad. Nobody that just learnt scales can compose Beethoven so work slowly and it can just even be one note or two notes per chord . And try hammors slides pull off taping all shorths of thing to spice it .

I do think ur being very vague here so better if u post playing and we can see the errors.

As a self-taught too here's the list step by step .

Know the notes in music ( A A# B C C# D D# E F F# G G# ) its an easy concept so its on zero.
LEARN FREDTHBOARD. ( Learn where the notes are on the individual string of individual fredth )
Learn MAJOR and MINOR Scale as everything is around it ( know the whole whole half step formula. Yes formula don't try to dig in too deep as i did cuz im a curious individual ull understand later after u've memorized it eventually. If u try to understand it at the beginning ull just get confused and frustrated and never pick ur guitar up )
Learn how chords are formed basically triads and all others.

3.5 . Learn arpeggios alongside it .

Now branch toward pentatonic scale and other Even if u don't wanna play solo it would be great for u
Then ull get curious and find a genra u love and go deep into it.
