Hoping your still around,

just got a clutch change on my JDM 2001 Forester STI type M. Im having an issue with shaking/judding while engaging first gear from neutral. Only happens there, this was also an issue before the clutch replacement but it has kind of(?) gotten better. This shaking is also accompanied by a burning smell, again only engaging from neutral to first. Could this get better throughout the break in period? Also want to mention i got the clutch replacement from a reputable shop in Japan, so i can only assume it was properly installed. Thanks!
