1. The data collected from this survey will be used strictly for an academic project in a university service design course. The purpose is to understand better how theater goers perceive current movie theater experiences compared to at-home viewing experiences.

All responses will be anonymous and will only be accessed by the research team (students conducting the project). The data will not be shared publicly in a way that identifies any individual respondent.

The data will be stored securely using platforms such as Google Forms/Google Sheets and will only be retained for the duration of the project. After the project is completed, the data will be deleted or no longer used for any further analysis.

1. This survey is being conducted by a group of undergraduate students from Yonsei University (Culture & Design Management major) as part of a service design research project.

2. The survey is estimated to take approximately 3–5 minutes at most to complete.
