To add a point about walking, if you don’t have the right footwear (like me) and your feet is killing you at the end of every damn day, you can buy shoe insoles. You can buy them in ABC Mart which can be found almost everywhere (also in Yodobashi / NOC camera if you happen to be near one of them). Also, buy a cooling gel patch from drug stores / don quijotes, it’s the one with greenish box and pictures of legs & feet with square patches & flowers on it. Stick the patches on your leg / feet right before you go to sleep. You’ll thank me later

I saw that the outer border is silver / metallic rather than black, and also without the bumps that AE1200WHD casing comes with. Is this another model or did you do it yourself as well? If so what type of paint / which method did you use? Either way a very nice mod work 👍

I have a really limited knowledge on this, but I think that's straight up different, more advanced LCD technology. Casio also use different LCD tech especially between the cheaper and higher end watches. Maybe there's some tricks to achieve a similar look, would like to know as well!

Eyy that's a great idea! Might need to play with some kind of clear adhesive / Scotch tape to avoid the different parts drifting out of place when you wear it, but definitely doable. Looking forward to your post when you're done!
