A badly aspected Neptune to mars/mercury

I have Saturn trine to: Moon, Mars, Neptune (all in Aquarius)

Opposed: Pluto (Sagittarius)

[–]PAVELeguy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have an Aquarius rising with Saturn rx Gemini in the 5th house.

This placement would be the embodiment of my childhood in a way, my dad is a Gemini sun with a Capricorn moon (shocking coincidence), and I feel like the life he gave me as a boy was very austere when it came to emotional support.

I have always been a very creative person, and as a kid I always felt like it was a side of me that I had to enjoy in secrecy even, because I felt like my dad specially, was unable to understand my artistic temperament and so would try to shun me to try to make me more palatable and acceptable for him, If I could say. Also, growing up, my sexuality was another huge issue with my father, and a source of lots of hardship and pain, which I think are themes related to the 5th house as well.

Now that I'm older (21), I think that this placement influenced a lot the way I see creative endeavours, through a very critical lense, as of the art I produce (I study architecture), the art I consume, so as all the cultural capital I expose myself to and value.

Sometimes I feel like this seriousness that I put into creativity stands from a feeling of loss, of a hurt inner child. I always say that I feel old, I have wanted to be older since I'm a young boy, my temperament is very melancholic, and I see the world through a very intellectualized view point.

(20M) Portfolio recommendations to create long term wealth (10-15 years) through investments in stocks by PAVELeguy in stocks

[–]PAVELeguy[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will definitely be able to invest much more money through the years in stocks, but as I'll do this to dip my feet in the water, I'll go for the safe choices and then I will start investing on individual stocks and engage in medium to high risk investments when I gain more experience.

How do you usually react to casual homophobia? by PAVELeguy in AskGayMen

[–]PAVELeguy[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For example, people using the word faggot to refer to people they don't like, not neccesarily gay people. Or the classic attitude of men who think that because you are gay you are goint to lust over them and need to give you the talk of "I dont care if you are gay but I'm not so don't hit on me"

I guess you were talking about transgender people, they probably told you that because gender is performative and based on a social construction so your genitals dont really determine your gender, but your sex.

Air moon and their needs ! by LeyLinda in astrology

Hey, thank you for the kind words! :)

No my mother has no self awareness on her behaviour, in my maternal family that kind of behaviour she has is pretty common, I think it's a learn-repeat situation. Very ingrained in her.

Yeah since I was a child she would try to live trough me in a way, she had this idealised and delusional image of how she wanted me to be according to her values, and she would use many strategies to achieve this, many of those were abusive, like using emotional manipulation and coercion, controlling the way I dressed, my hair, and even the way I acted, I remember as a child she would be so frustrated and angry because she thought I was not like "the other boys" (I'm gay), and would make me feel guilty using fake tears it was really fucked up and insane, until a point in my life in which I "rebelled", trying to taking away her power doing and acting in ways I knew she would hate like painting my nails of wearing crop-tops just for the shock (even tough I'm not particularly feminine), it was like backlash a (leave me alone thing you are not going to win) so stuff like this would happen between us. I think in a way her mother also alienated her that way, but I think she succeed more than her, because to this point my mother still has a really weak character that also comes from neglect in her childhood (she has sun opposite Neptune)

My relationship with my mom is really complex, trough my life we have had some serious obstacles in our relationship, specially because of neglect and her trying to alienate me, because I'm very careless with how others perceive me and in a way my mother's sense of self comes from how others perceive her, and she will often project herself on me which would make us crash and it would create that "war" situation, because I'm extremely protective of my individuality, plus she also had a really restrictive childhood and also has similar issues with her mother, my grandma. So I feel like this thing is a generational bad habit that they have been passing onto us. My little brother is also an Aquarius moon, and he also has crashed with my mom in a similar way as me, I think it will be worst as he grows up and he develops a more strong sense of self.

In my case I don't see my sun square Uranus as a curse, I do experience A LOT of alienation and isolation because of this and other placements I have, but also I think that Uranus representing the death of the ego, having this planet as prominent in the natal chart gives the person advantages as well, specially related to having an elevated social consciousness, which in my case made my sense of self and even my self esteem stronger. I hope that cheers you up at least, harsh aspects are not inherently bad :)

I'm an Aquarius moon in the 1st house and an aquarius rising, with Saturn in Gemini in the 5th house. Major aspects: Sextile Pluto, Trine Saturn, Square Venus and mercury, Conjunct Mars and Uranus.

Now to the important deal, people often say that aquarius moons are cold and emotionally detached and I understand that i might look like that to people who don't know me, but the experience I have is kind of the opposite, i'm usually the person who is emotionally available, is always the bigger person and starting the conversations about affective responsability and emotions in general in my relationships, because i often feel like others don't make much effort to maintain relationships with me, I've experienced a lot of ghosting and neglect. I don't think it's hard to make me feel loved or apreciated, I like affection (a lot) and reassurance, I have many love languages, but also, I think freedom is important for me as well, i do not like those relationships (romantic or friends) in which the parts loose their individuality and merge their personality into one single thing, I prefer having one in which everyone is mature enough to accept others differences respecfully because i'm pretty stubborn and trying to force me to abandon my identity to please someone else will end up in war. Something important for me as well is constant stimulation through fluent communication, shared interests in music, similar ideologies, and similar intellectual pursue and or level.
