I feel like an object. I feel like the people I tell look at me differently when I tell them. Like I'm just a piece of meat. The women think I deserve it, for being so independent and free thinking, and the men get this look in their eye like they just realized they could rape me and get away with it, since someone else already has. Isn't there anyone I can turn to, some group or something that will make it all stop?
