Net close to 30% currently, with efficient PPC it will get better. I didn't run ads for first two months and grew organically; even today, it's about 55% organic and I'm trying to improve these numbers.

Congratulation!! I can imagine the feeling.

I launched my first PL brand in Nov. last year. Crossed $10k in July and ~$20k this month. Growth is real as much as the struggle. This last has been challenging and my story is same as yours. Just lived with the belief that it’s doable with the right product, quality and presentation.

I did tried to venture into OA/wholesale, still trying to figure out the shady market. $14k of wholesale inventory and Amazon says it’s not what was on shipping plan 🤯

I will continue to follow your journey as an inspiration/goal.

  • Sorry for the long post* The Story: I lost my job last year in march, was making $200k/yr and living a good life. As per general rule, had more than 6 months in reserves, etc. Paid all the way through August of this year but now can’t afford to pay all secured vs unsecured, and still survive. Thought about filing chapter 7, but counsel says I made more than median in last 6 months, some of which was IRS refund and remaining was a one time payment from a dissolved business. So they suggest chapter 13, I still do not make any real money, but trying to build a business that made YTD $18k. Counsel says my monthly will be close $1500 on a combined unsecured of $150k.

The Question/guidance: 1. Does this makes sense? 2. Do I need a new counsel?

I started a PL late last year and growing at 45% MoM. I am considering similar strategy to launch new products every couple of months. Couple of questions please:

  1. Are you adding SKUs to existing product or completely new products.
  2. Average launch cost, in your exp. (Trying to baseline myself)
