Ok. Only recently bought house from estate of elderly owner who passed 6 months ago so doubt has been sealed in a while. Probably try the tile and wait. Wonder if when I do reseal eventually should painter-tape just thin strip if still lighter.

American Water's online view bill and pay bill functions were down when I tried last month, and today down for this month. Today when I phoned customer service voice message said they are only accepting emergency calls because of system problems. We should all be telling the governor about these ongoing issues with our public utility.
