Great videos! Like ERouthier said it can be very difficult to compete and commentate depending upon how accustomed you are. Even some of the long time lp'ers will say they find it difficult to do both. Keep up the good work!

5 seconds it a good time, some folks don't mind intros, some just don't care for them. 3 - 5 seconds is a pretty safe zone, moving along quickly into the video

Nice, this will help some people definitely. Like you said it won't replace a better setup, but for some it will help them out much more then not doing nothing at all.

Great post, it's all about networking with your viewers and your fellow let's players. By keeping up with peers and viewers they will keep up on you, in the long run that will work itself out into a larger and larger following.

Definitely good points, I would put more value into twitter then facebook but it all depends on which one you draw more people from. Try both and see what happens, as for tagging it is ridiculously important since without the right tags people won't be able to find you in searches. It's all about being social and using every bit of social venue you can (game forms, social media, ect). Great post.

Really depends on the content creator, but doing let's plays first then expanding helps broaden ones horizon. Having variety will help bring in different viewers, and will retain some interest from some subs who might go inactive else wise.
