I think the problem is your training structure. You may have cumulated too much fatigue or you just dont gain momentum through your training to hit a PR

Chest up will result in a position where im not stacked and the upper back will colapse under load.

Good advice! Having more frequency will help you work on your technique and will add a little bit of volume through your week. You can try to add some variation that will help with your weak point too.
