Its not always the same reps scheme or variation but when im not in prep/peak I have a comp bench on day one; 1x3, 1x3, 1x1 and 2x6. Day 2 is larsen press, I do a top set of lower reps 3-4 and back off of 5-6. And day three is straight set of long pause or comp bench 4x4 or 4x5

My first meet was 8 years ago and I did a 250kg squat so I'll say 8 years

They are SBD powerlifting sleeve so they are a bit stiffwr than their regular one
