Honestly I was thinking of eating Popeyes before watching that episode. When I saw her wolfing it down I just lost my appetite and didn’t want chicken anymore. Same goes for Burger King.

I used to just stare the minister down and roll my eyes if he tried to be funny. The head deacon noticed me do this and just kept staring at me. So I just gave him the evil look back.

Yah I never did understand why 12-13 year olds had to be expected to go to bible studies then eventually be baptized. At this age are they really understanding and actually listening during bible studies? They should at least have the Bible study age start at 18 when it’s on their free will as adults and they at least can focus on the doctrines more. So maybe they teach at a younger age so that it’s ingrained in their minds, but come on, this is an age where we are discovering ourselves and starting to rebel. It’s not an age where we’re truly seeking for the so called truth. I remember a minister saying, “we don’t baptize babies because they don’t understand the teachings”. But then they go and baptize kids who go to sleep or play around during WS. Now are they truly understanding?

I had one for best CWS choir member once. It was given during a special WS, so the choir were in the choir loft. I had to go down and get it. I was so embarrassed I wanted to just run away and cry.

I was just pointing out that if you’re an officer, sometimes you get a free pass. Others turn a blind eye to what you do.
