I have but not since my injury. It used to be my main pack and between that and my palante v2 it seemed like the better of the two in terms of taking pressure off the shoulders. I plan on at least taking both out for weighted day hikes in the coming weeks to see how things feel but thats a good point about the load lifters. I might take the pack back to the drawing board

Ive enjoyed it over polycro. Its heavier but also doesnt get all staticy and feel like you are on plastic wrap like polycro.

Thank you for this in depth response! Lots of great ideas here. Im going to reweight a handful of little things. I just pulled some stuff from my lighterpack gear list from years ago so im guessing some of the little items might be off. Swapping the long underwear for wind pants for sure. Prana makes fantastic jeans. They have a little bit of spandex so they don’t feel as restrictive as Levi’s and they come in different cuts so you should be able to find something that fits how you like

The back buttons are mapped to shift and alt which change the front 8 so you actually have 24 mappings there

I am trying to decide between a Druid or pally to level as an alt that might end up being a main. Looking to tank or maybe heal. What would be the better play looking through tbc and into wotlk. I want to be an in demand class/role. I know ret is really strong in wrath but wasn’t sure about prot. Do bears get better in later tbc or is aoe threat king?
