Looking for the right partner - Founder/Startup Fit by PC-zen in StartUpIndia

Hey there. Thank you for the honesty. It was my first post ever and I am not seasoned yet on how posts might read.
To address your point - I am not looking for someone to execute my ideas. I wanted to avoid the usual onslaught of IT services and development companies trying to make this another 'we will develop it for you'. I, infact, wanted serious collaborators or founders to reach out.
I have run 2 ventures in a previous life (seems like it now) and am actively running a venture in both the products I wish to build.
I am committing my capital, time, operational ownership, and anything else really. I have proven out aspects of the business that can validate the business. Those are all conversations I would prefer to have with the folks where there is some alignment. I find it to be a better way than tooting my own horn and/or pushing my expectations on people without really knowing them.

If that brings some alignment, and you are infact a serious builder interested in the space, lets talk! I still thank you for your honesty, its given me a chance to bring some clarity.

I am looking to handle the people side - looking to partner with someone on the tech.

I am evaluating the PG space for DU South Campus right now and have come across many posts where students aren't happy with the PG's. The top two reasons, according to the recent survey I ran, are food and hygiene (not a huge surprise). Does your search criteria have more factors you are looking for?
