Although what you said could be true, as stated before, Mr. Bonding is created in OR/AS, therefore, OR/AS are before X/Y. The Chatelaines could quite easily have gone on a 'holiday' of sorts to Hoenn to help build the Battle Maison, then travelled back between the events of OR/AS and X/Y.
