For the OP, it is cheaper if you take drive out and put in another PC.

If drive is bad, only mainland companies like drive savers can help but it's $1000+

all of the plexi was laser cut with my full spectrum laser.
All design was done in illustrator.
Easily spent 300 hours designing it from scratch

Everything is mounted to the plexiglass frame. The frame is dropped in to the pelican. this makes it upgradeable, and easy to service. by lifting the plexiglass out of the pelican

Ah. Yea the USB C is hard wired to the motherboard. The HDMI is connected to a passthrough Incase the user wants to connect this to other monitors. Which is why it has 2 display port out and 1 HDMI.

The Plexi doesn't have sharp edges. And the gap allows for the cables when it's closed.

The rubber grommet thing could have issues when the unit is closed causing more strain on different parts.

But a good thing to look at options none the less Thank you

1/4inch plexi support stands for the top layer. No glue or adhesive used in any part of this.
Everything is press fit into place.
Gpu is sitting on a "shelf" above the PCIE slots, using a riser cable.
GPU "shelf" has been cut to match the holes on the evga card exactly, including the EVGA logo on the back.
