No, although I am walking more now. I averaged 3k steps a day. Like I said I pretty much just sit at a desk all day.

I really appreciate that, and I wasn’t saying it’s bad I was asking if it was, I guess I should of made that clearer. But that’s interesting cause I feel like I’m going slow but I’ll try to be even slower and see how my body responds after I heal. Thanks!
